Floranza Fashion is a scalable fashion eCommerce platform built for a Kerala-based women’s fashion brand. The goal was to create a fast, conversion-focused shopping experience for customers across web and mobile while maintaining seamless integration with backend inventory and order systems.

I led the frontend development of the customer-facing web platform using modern React ecosystem tools to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.

The client needed a modern eCommerce experience that could:
